Pursuit Minerals (PUR) has identified several gold and copper targets at its Warrior project in the Western Australian wheat belt.

The results come from the analysis of soil sample auger test results.

Three high priority palladium anomalies have been identified on or near the Ablett prospect.

Two new large untested copper anomalies have been defined from auger results at the Calingiri East concession.

A total of 2,017 samples were taken, with assays for the first 1,533 now available, while infill drilling results are still pending.

The company hopes to begin air drilling the targets in April.

“Pursuit is delighted to confirm that several drill targets have been delineated by first pass auger sampling at Calingiri East,” Pursuit Managing Director Bob Affleck said.

“Analysis of assays by consultant geochemist Carl Brauhart of CSA Global confirms that a gold-bismuth-arsenic-antimony-lead signature at the Ablett prospect is potentially related to subsurface mineralization and not just enhancement. Additional fieldwork in March confirmed that our Warrior property has the right host rocks for nickel-copper-PGE mineralization, and we look forward to receiving infill sampling results and completing our next program of regolith. coring in April.

Pursuit Minerals opened the trading day at 1.9 cents.
